1. Customer Support Specialist

Location: Gauteng Region
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to mobile services, billing, and network coverage.
  • Guide customers through account management processes, including plan changes and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably in telecommunications.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

2. Sales Executive

Location: Gauteng Region

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of iD Mobile’s products and services by engaging with potential customers and understanding their needs.
  • Promote and explain the features of mobile plans, data, and accessories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

3. Marketing Manager

Location: Gauteng Region

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote iD Mobile’s products and services.
  • Create content and campaigns for digital, print, and social media channels.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer behavior and improve marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure alignment on company goals.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the mobile or tech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
  • Creative thinker with excellent project management skills.

4. IT Support Specialist

Location: Gauteng Region
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for internal systems and networks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues.
  • Ensure security protocols and systems are in place and functioning.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new technologies.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Knowledge of network management, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
